How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better — popular dates, especially weekends and proposal-heavy seasons like Valentine's Day and the holidays, book up fast. We recommend reserving as early as you can to guarantee your date, though we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
How do I reserve my date?
Once you've chosen your letters, we send a simple rental agreement and request a deposit to lock in your date and reserve the letters for your event. From there, we handle the rest.
Do you deliver and set up the letters?
Yes! Delivery, setup, and pickup are included with every rental. We handle all the heavy lifting so you can focus on your event. You don't have to move or plug in a thing.
How tall are the letters?
Our marquee letters stand approximately 40 inches tall and about 2 feet wide, making them a big, eye-catching statement that photographs beautifully day or night.
What can I spell with your letters?
Anything you'd like! We have 70 individual letters covering the full alphabet A–Z, numbers 0–9, and symbols like hearts and ampersands. Popular choices include names, initials, dates, milestone numbers, "MARRY ME," "LOVE," and "BABY". BUT if you can spell it, we can light it up!
What kinds of events do you do?
Weddings, proposals, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, grand openings, graduations, anniversaries, and just about any celebration that deserves to shine. Our "MARRY ME" proposal setups are a specialty.
Do the letters need to be plugged in? Can I use them outdoors?
The letters light up with warm LED-style bulbs and typically plug into a standard outlet. We frequently set up at outdoor venues, beaches, and gardens. Just let us know your location and power situation, and we'll plan accordingly!
Do you offer proposal packages?

How much space do the letters need?
